Food Service at the Session

Meal Ticket Sales have closed. A limited number of meal tickets will be available for sale in the West Registration Hall of the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center beginning July 1. The price is $18USD/meal. (View the menu.)

  • Noon meal tickets will be available daily (July 2-11)

    • Lunch: 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm.

  • Evening meals will only be available on Friday and Sabbath evenings.

    • Friday night and Sabbath Dinner: 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

Meal service will be in Hall D of the HBG Convention Center.

Breakfast and snack items are available in the Lobby Bridge Café - HBG Convention Center. Hours: 7:30 am – 12:00 pm (closed Sabbath).

The Food Court located in Hall D in the HBG Convention Center will offer evening meals Sunday-Thursday from 3:00-6:30 pm.

Meeting the diverse needs of the World Church in food preparation is a high priority for the GC Session in San Antonio, Texas. Menu planning includes intentional efforts to address the suggestions and recommendations of our attendees. Recognizing the need to provide convenient, wholesome, appealing vegetarian meals at cost-effective prices has become a goal worth pursuing.

Delegates will receive additional meal ticket information from their sponsoring organization.

In order to preserve the quality and quantity of meals, it is vital to purchase meal tickets in advance. Tickets will be available for pick up at the meal tickets sales kiosk located in the East Registration of the HBG Convention Center. Only a minimal number of meal tickets will be available on-site, so pre-purchasing is recommended.

There will also be a limited number of on-site food outlets operating at specific hours during the GC Session. Every effort is being made to alert the greater downtown area of the specific needs of our attendees so quality meals are available. However, local menus and pricing will prevail, so plan accordingly. Please check often for additional information posted on this website as we draw closer to the event.
